The Avengers have just gotten wind of another Hydra facility they must take out. This one is just as big as the one that housed the Maximoff twins in Sokovia and also has something there that might be just as powerful as Wanda herself. When they take the facility they find something that looks like a human-insect hybrid with a case of PTSD.
Taking her back to the Avengers Tower, they try to work out what and who she is. Plus they discover what her abilities are and the reason she wound up in a Hydra research facility.
Will the Avengers be able to help her overcome her PSTD?
Will they find out who she really isn't?
Or, will the Avengers be faced with a new kind of danger that comes with housing this hybrid?
Takes place after the events of Age of Ultron. But Pietro survived and Thor and Bruce might show up at some point... maybe.

Sam was given to HYDRA after their birth, their parents had worked with them after all. At the age of 19 the asset known as 19-1-13 was found by SHIELD. As an emotionless shell with the mind of a soldier they learn emotions and learn to control their own generic material.
