His pessimism drives me crazy with rage,

Danger
It was a normal day before everything went up in flames. Mother Nature's group they are the ones planting new crops, living off the gifts Mother Nature provides for them. Scavengers, the protectors, the ones not afraid to stand face to face with danger. They kill the mutants and go outside the gates to collect stuff from the outside world. Then there are the Traders; they buy stuff from the Scavengers, trading it with the other groups for other goods. If you want something, ask them and they will get it for you, but only for the right price. They try and build a semi-normal life. But will the survivor ever restore the humanity of their beloved town? Or will this fragile new order be built on the same vicious power structures that defined the old world, the one that was controlled by the mafia? Don't Fall for Me
I was doing just fine my junior year of high school. I mean I did pick fights once in a while and my grades weren't the best, but I was doing okay. Xander was my best friend, actually my only friend. We didn't need anyone else, really. But then Ryker came back more badass than ever. I've hated him since we were children and apparently the feeling is mutual. We don't get along. He's cocky, arrogant, and downright mean. We were better off while he was gone. He should never have moved back. So, I stole his motorcycle. Then he told me not to fall for him. ~*~*~*~ I went over to the door and jumped back when it opened. Ryker came back in, pushing me up against one of the lockers. He locked his eyes on my lips and I gasped. He smirked. "Don't fall for me, Angel." With that, he stepped away from me and left again for good. What the hell? Did he honestly have the audacity to tell me not to fall in love with him? I clenched my fists, shoving the door open to confront the cocky jerk.Complete

Time was standing annoyingly still and I think I may have forgotten how to properly breathe. "Panda you have to come sit down pacing is not going to-" pushing my hand out I stopped him from saying anything. I stopped him from confirming the knowledge that there is nothing I can do to make this better. I pulled at my hair ripping a couple of strands out in the process. I hated the white walls and fluorescent lights that adorned this place. The squeaky sound that could be heard whenever anyone walked and right now I was causing a lot of squeaking. The strong smell of disinfectant burning my nose but none of it matter right now not any of it. "Where is he?" I heard the voice and my blood immediately started to boil. "You did this" was the last thing I said before I flew and was on top of his mom hitting her wildly. So much for not liking confrontation.Complete

(Editing) His eyes widen and his lips part in pain as he stares wordlessly at me and then at the large blotch that forms around his chest . He clutches it as he coughs in pain. I didn't get to push him into a sewer, but this feels so much better. I sardonically chuckle to myself before leaning in to whisper into his ear. "Gotcha." - - - I was a nobody . A big fat wallflower that was always in the background. The only mistake I made was confessing to the school's prince. That day I was completely and utterly humiliated.
