He hands you something and you start turning it in your hand almost immediately after receiving it. Looking down at it curiously to see some sort of wooden turn. It's kind of like the door handles, or a rower for a fishing rod. Except it's only the handle for a fishing rod. No rod or line. So it's basically just a fidgety piece of wood. You start turning both sides, spinning it around in your hand. "Easy there." Gally chuckles. He steps closer to you, rubbing his arm up and down your back to soothe you. "You doing okay?" "Yep." You chirp, grinning up at him. He double-checks your expression. His eye staring into yours to see how you're feeling. When he's sure you're not too stressed out, he removes his arm from you and throws a rag over his shoulder. "Okay, stick by me. Ya hyper little bunny..." Hi. I'm Jas, and in case you didn't know, I am autistic. I have Asperger's Syndrome. I'm writing this book just so I can jot some of my thoughts down, and so you can see what it's really like to be autistic, well, for me at least. My best friend made a good comparison just the other day, no two fingerprints are the same, just like no two autistics are the same. I hope you'll enjoy this "diary" and no, I will not put too much about my personal life in here unless you deserve to know about something big happening to me. The other juicy deets are for a real diary. However, there will be sneak peeks to some of the stories I am writing within the confines of this so-called diary. I will also be offering random bits of advice from time to time, and you will get to meet some of my developing characters/ocs that will be featured in my future works. Warning 1: My characters and ocs are still in development, so they might come off as Mary-Sueish, and I don't want my characters to be annoying Mary Sues, so feel free to give feedback and/or constructive critisism on them: it would be a big help if you did because your advice would speed up their development and bring you the stories I am writing much faster than it would working on this on my own. Warning 2: This will have a mature rating because I am a huge potty mouth and I have depression so there'll probably be a lot of swearing and angst. Update: I have level 2 autism, as people do not use the term Asperger's Syndrome anymore, but the term Asperger's Syndrome is what I grew up hearing, so that's what I'm going to use.

He just needed an apartment that would be okay with his job. Trying to keep to his price range and find what he needed was proving to be so much harder than he thought it would. This would be his first time moving somewhere that he didn't know the owners of the place beforehand. "Welcome to YouTube life, idiot." Virgil grumbled to himself. He picked up his phone again, going to close out of the app he was using, but suddenly a line on one that he hadn't looked at caught his eye. 'Must be willing to allow for eccentric work ethics and schedules, as owner of the apartment works independently online.' Virgil tapped on the listing and began to read. 'Four bedroom apartment, looking for up to three roommates. Apartments beneath and above are both empty at the moment, noise is not a problem so long as residents are courteous. Preferred that applicants are male.' Virgil stared at the listing. This was so... so perfect. He closed the app and tapped his messenger app. 'Hey Pat, I think I found something.' Disclaimer: I just reread A Lesson in Practicality by @residentanchor, so there might be some things ever so slightly similar to that, but if there are I am not doing it on purpose and I apologize. Characters belong to Thomas Sanders, as we know, and all Sanders Sides ships are tagged because if I'm completely honest I haven't fully decided what endgame ships are going to be. Hope you enjoy!
