Bucky's younger sister!?!?

Bucky's younger sister , River, was also on the train that day and fell off trying to save her brother. Bucky lost his arm and she lost her lower left leg. Hydra got both of them but they dont remeber each other. They get sent on a mission together to kill Steve Rogers. What happens when Steve recongnizes the the two siblings?
