Bucky's younger sister , River, was also on the train that day and fell off trying to save her brother. Bucky lost his arm and she lost her lower left leg. Hydra got both of them but they dont remeber each other. They get sent on a mission together to kill Steve Rogers. What happens when Steve recongnizes the the two siblings?

She didn't know what to do after until Peggy Carter told her she could take a replica super-soldier serum but with the price of being preserved in ice overtime and only allowed out to complete missions for S.H.E.I.L.D. Or so, that's what she thought. Fast forward to 66 years later and she is let out for the thirteenth time to ease the found alive Steve.
