Sweat was dripping down her forehead as she stared into the pit. This was her last chance to close it and save them all. She looked to her left and saw bodies of people she used to know... To her right an onslaught of the enemy. Behind her, a world consuming force rapidly ripping up the earth and in front of her, the last chance for Earth and humanity... And she was the only one who could do it. She could hear the rythmic beat of her heart as she looked at the item in her hands. So powerful yet so small. She took a deep breath as the world went quiet around her. This was it. Now was the time to end this. She took one step off and plummeted into darkness. Her senses were on high alert and every muscle in her body was poised and ready. She was falling for what felt like ages before she saw light at the bottom. It did have an end! The ground was now rapidly approaching and she couldn't slow her fall. She would hit the ground at bone shattering speed in 3... 2... 1...

Well after a series of tragedies strikes the Earth's most beloved team of superheroes, no one is quite sure the unit could handle another major event. But news of a group surfaces. Ana Barton, was the most purest souls Thor had ever encountered. She was strong willed, smart, brave and compassionate. Though he had only known her a few days, during the battle with Loki, he found that she had completely entranced him. Ana didn't know who she was before Clint had found her and saved her. She idolised him, and followed in his footsteps, becoming an agent of SHIELD. Her life takes a complete turn, when she finds herself taken after the battle. ***** When he had returned to Midgard, Earth a few years later, with a reformed Loki, he finds that she had been missing and presumed dead almost as long as he had been gone. When the Avengers hit a Hydra base, to get back the scepter, they come across a room, where someone is bound, from the ceiling. Rescuing the fraile figure, they return to the jet victorious, only to find their rescue, is none other than Ana. She was barely conscious, and from clear signs, she was not there willingly. Taking her back to the tower, they try to help her, only to find that she has no memory of them, and now holding her own power. Thor wants nothing more than to destroy every single person who had hurt her, his need to protect her burning within him. The only comfort she finds is in his brother and the metal armed soldier, needing them both to protect her. ***** Being in a new place, surrounded by so many people, she felt overwhelmed, terrified that they would hurt her like the others. She feels her wrists are now free, and that power within her, was now accessible again. I took his hands in mine frantically, causing his eyes to meet mine. "Then hand over the Tesseract and come home, Loki. Please." "I can't." He pulled away. "If I'm not allowed rule on Asgard, then I'll rule here." My eyebrows knitted together in desperation. "Loki, pleas-" My plea was cut shot as a burst of energy and the distinctive clang of metal on metal pushed me over into the god of mischief. We stumbled backwards until I laid on his chest and he grunted from the sudden impact. "Thor." I cursed under my breath. "Sorry..." I began lifting myself off of his body. I narrowed my gaze and quickly stood to rush into Thor's aid, ignoring his dejected expression. I was about to leap off the cliff side when I heard four words that had me frozen in my place unlike anything my powers could do. "I still love you." ___________________________________________ (Y/N) Ísveig thought she'd made peace with Loki's death. She couldn't bring herself to forgive him for everything he had done, obviously, but she was finally beginning to live the life she always wanted.
