It's true when people say "Love comes when you least expected it" Kate Mendoza has been known as the girl involved in an off/on relationship with her boyfriend Nathan. What happens when Kate runs into her new neighbor, Tyler Bruce, a troubled,ladies man teenager with an ego big enough to fill the neighborhood. Kate finds herself in situations always leading back to Tyler.

Soon after being around him she starts to develop feelings for him, but her older brother gets in the way. Still Kate decided to pursue Tyler and just sneak around behind their families back. Sneaking around comes with people spreading rumors and ruining reputation.
