After three long years, full of horror and heartbreak, Klaus Mikaelson and Penelope Gilbert-Mikaelson have finally moved from their home in New Orleans. One where she can go to school with normal kids, and be able to feel happy in her own skin. 

But, when she catches the eye of a very unlikely figure, will she get the normality she always wanted? Or will she throw her family into a war that will only result in bloodshed? That is the Mikaelson way right? But then again... Nothing bad ever happens in Mystic Falls.
