As Teresa stumbled to a stop falling to her side from exhaustion. She couldn't feel her paws from the frozen snow. She could hear the wind a slight dripping of her own blood being soaked into the snow. Her eyes begin to flutter about to close from lack of rest. "How could I have of let this happen?" That question raced through her mind. "I just wish I had more time." Teresa's eye almost close and submit to the darkness she saw a pink light flutters a few inches from her nose. She looked to the light as the same light crumbled her world to ashes. As the smell of the cherry blossoms was the only thing she thought about before the darkness took her. Will Teresa live to see the end of her journey or die her last thought being she died the way she started?

The kid is laying on his bed, his hands holding his phone as he watches... Spirited Away. It crosses the man's mind, not for the first time, that he could kill him right there. Tomura seems to want the green haired menace dead, that's for sure. But he doesn't really care about what Tomura wants, really. Instead, the man leans in by the boy's shoulder, trying to see the screen better. The boy doesn't seem to notice, he's too busy mumbling, his brows furrowed. "... I mean, if the giant baby represents those people who never grow up, what does Haku represent in relation to Chihiro? It's not like he-" "Her childhood" Izuku shakes his head, still intently looking at the screen. "That's too easy" "Doesn't mean it's wrong" "Maybe, but- Eek!" Izuku jumps so hard he falls off the mattress, the phone sent flying to the other side of the room. The man closes his eyes, a pinky going into his left ear. "You're a loud one, aren't you?" From the floor, Izuku gapes at him. His mouth opens, then closes. Then opens again. The man studies him as he sits on the bed, unamused. "I can still kill you. So don't be stupid and scream." Izuku closes his mouth. ---- Dabi starts appearing in Izuku's dorm room from time to time. We should all pray for Izuku, really. (It's been a while since I made a Touhou story... a really long time in fact.) Gensokyo, a land where the fantasy and the unknown is more than mere myths written on papers and spread by superstitious people. Inside, a completely different world exist, a world separated from our own by the great Hakurei Barrier. In it, youkais exist and live their lives while the few humans inside are grouped together, living in fear of the monsters roaming this land. This is how Gensokyo behaves; a stable "peace" maintained by people in charge of keeping this world of fantasy in its current state. With so many creatures with different mindsets and frightening powers, events called "incidents" are bound to occur. Thankfully, the shrine maiden attending to the barrier is quick to take action, even despite her annoyed groans. ...This is one of those many incidents that should have easily been taken care of. Yes, a winter overstaying its welcome seemed like an easy task to deal with. Yet, something went wrong. It was never solved. The endless snow continued to fall and no one could understand what caused this drastic change. The weather grew stronger and with it, its poison and true intentions finally emerged. Those exposed to the harsh environment soon began to suffer symptoms of a strange disease and fell into madness, attacking everyone in sight regardless of their nature. It was not uncommon to see Fairies attack and even devour each other for survival against the temperature. The threat Gensokyo was facing seemed relentless and nobody was safe from its effect; going outside with no protection was akin to signing your last will. Finally... the last straw that brought ruin to this world was the death of the shrine maiden. The strength of this eternal winter slipped past the breaking barrier and reached the Outside World, plunging the planet into chaos. The only hope the sane humans and youkais have is to find the source of this incident and put an end to it.Complete

The snow fell gently over the narrow streets of Maibara, a town nestled quietly between history and modernity. Vera shivered as the icy wind cut through her skin, her face exposed to the unforgiving cold. She struggled to keep up with Raj, her husband, navigating the streets ahead with the assurance of someone who had been here before. It was their yearly ritual-an exploration of the unseen corners of Japan, absorbing the warmth of its culture and the quiet beauty of its forgotten alleys. But today, winter was particularly merciless. Behind them, Kai walked at a measured pace, eyes drifting between the winding paths and the woman ahead of him. He noticed her discomfort, her exposed face, her slow steps. Without thinking, he unwrapped his scarf, and closed the distance between them. "You should wear this," he said, voice muffled behind his mask. Vera turned, startled by the sudden warmth of a stranger's kindness. Their eyes locked for a fleeting moment-something unspoken passing between them. She hesitated before shaking her head. "No, I couldn't take it. You need it too." Kai wrapped it around her anyway, securing the fabric before stepping back. "Keep it," he said simply, and then, almost as an afterthought, he added, "I'm Kaizen." Vera blinked at him, taken aback. "Vera," she said, her breath forming mist in the freezing air. A small smile ghosted behind his mask. "Stay warm, Vera." And then he disappeared into the street, leaving Vera standing in the falling snow, her fingers brushing over the unexpected gift. And just like that, a thread was spun between them.Complete

Handsome. That was as far as she would go in complimenting him considering this guy held a knife to her throat. When he spoke, his voice came out like thunder. It held a thousand threats and a thousand secrets. It held promise of pain if provoked. "If you scream," he warned, mouth pulled in a slight snarl, "this ends quickly." She didn't dare nod against the blade. He noticed and amusement lit up for just a second in those devilish eyes. Oh, whoever the fuck this was, she already hated him. Considering her predicament, panic was the most prominent emotion coursing through her at the moment. "Good." Her voice meandered through his ears as she sang. It was like a prayer, like the choir of hundreds of angels singing to a god he only knew when he was with her. His head rested in her lap, her soothing hands tracing tiny rivulets in the white locks of his hair, lulling him to sleep. Cherry blossoms fell around them, recalling the first day he saw her back in school, and when she smiled at him, he could swear he was floating. *** She smiles at the memory, amber eyes flooding with the ghost of her printed evocation of a white haired man kissing her cheek. A photo. A picture. A fucking portrait she wishes it won't fade under the cruel weight of time. That's all he left her.
UNDENIABLY DESTINED
Her vision blurry, eyes teary, ears ringing, as her head starts buzzing from the hard impact. She watches, as the red shining droplet falls and taints everything in its own darkness. She hears muffled voices, just as she feels a tingling sensation when she realises a hand on her shoulder and it's owner. A sob leaves her lips, when she realises what she has to do. His voice sounds in her ears, as she memorizes that baritone for the last time directed to her, "Are you okay?", with care. She pulls her hand, gathering her energy as silent pained tears falls down her face concentrating her powers. Suddenly, he jerks and falls stiff on his back, unable to move his body. His eyes widened as he registers what she is going to do, all while whispering, "No, no, please don't...". Grabbing a tree, she stands up painfully slow with tears running down her face uncontrollably. She takes a step towards him and sits on his torso, as she wails for everything happened to him and for everything she could have had, but now can't. To the Gods, for cursing her with her damned destiny. He slowly cups her face, and joins their heads released from the powers unknown to her, as he comforts her, "Don't worry, we will be over this, together." Her sobs turns quiet, just when suddenly again his body jerk back in same position, as she apologize, "Sorry, but I can't be selfish enough, not for you, for me and for us." As she slams her fisted kuckles down his head again and again.Complete

I'm way too tired for this. My bones cracked as I ran breathlessly. I ran and ran for my life. I turned and jumped upon heavy thick roofs. Each time my shoes collided with the grey tiles, they shook under my force. "Where am I?" I sucked in air harshly. I flashed my eyes around and nod. A hospital. I crept through a secured roof passage as I saw silent blurs fade into appearance. Slowly. they crept. Quietly they were gaining. I turned my head as I twisted and maneuvered past various of lengthy deep hall ways. More than three dozens E.L.V.E.S glided in my direction. I cursed under my breath as my heart sped so fast I could hear it's pain. They were too close, d*mn it! Instantly, footsteps came speeding down the halls like tapping raindrops in unison.
