Raven was never known before that day. She was a nerd in school, then all hell broke loose. 

The day the Zombie like Apocalypse broke out, half the population in the country was wiped out. Populations around the world dropped rapidly. No one could've known that would happen. 

After the apocalypse, 4 groups formed. Red Group, The defensive group. Green group, the agricultural group. Yellow group, the scientists. Blue group, the offense. 

The government contained some of the Zombies, but is after the groups, as they slaughter and conduct experiments on the Zombies, instead of containing them in quarantine.
