"Cedric!" I shout. Nothing. "Cedric!" Nothing still. "Cedric!" Nothing "Ce-" the door slams open and a still shirtless Cedric is at the door glaring at me.
"Yes, kitten?" he asks calmly. He looks at me with sympathy.
"Can you turn on the fan?" I ask innocently. His jaw drops as he stares at me. "Please."
He huffs and reaches his hand out to the switch. He flicks the fan on and I snuggle into the covers. I thank him and he growls as he mutters under his breath about how his mate is very ungrateful.

I wanted to just put out there that I don't read many werewolf and mermaid stories so this might be a little different. If you have a problem of how I imagine these mythical beings I don't want to hear so just delete the book from your reading list and move on. It isn't that hard.
