Imagine this:
As you race home from school, some random person walks right across the middle of the highway. You lean on the horn to signal to the idiot to move when you realize that this random guy goes to your school. Your mind is racing but you still manage to see Andrew Thompson's face, the bad boy of the school. It is at that moment you realize the fact that you almost ran over the very person no one messes with.

Jade Collins isn't what you call average. Street racing is her weekend activity of choice.

But one little mishap causes her to fall straight into the life of Andrew Thompson, the bad boy of school.

Jade and Andrew have never been friends, but there is something about his appearance and attitude that seems oddly familiar.

So when Jade's dad comes back into her world bearing life changing secrets, well, that's when the race truly begins.

I sat straddling his legs again, running my fingers up and down his chest. "Seriously, if you don't stop I think I'm gonna hide underneath the covers." He wiggled his eyebrows and lifted the blanket below him. "I'd be down for that." I gasped and whacked him on the shoulder repeatedly, until he flipped us over and was on top of me. He placed his legs on either side of mine and ran his hands through my hair, staring at every part of my face. "Where have you been all my life?" "Waiting." - live on the wild side. **It takes me a second to realize what is happening. Zac is kissing me! He is bloody kissing me!! Something then flashes and I realize Zac just took a picture of us. I push him away and back out of the car. How dare he kisses me and how dare he takes a picture! "WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOUR DOING?!!?" I yell at him. He shrugs and hops out the car like this was all a joke. Of course he think its a joke. He is Zac, the most annoying ass hole in the whole universe! "I need to add this to my collection." he says, showing me the picture he just took. I stare at the picture, anger building up inside me. He is so dead!** Katie Stone is your typical good girl and much to her dismay, she just so happens to live with the school player. She hates her life. She really, really hates it. And it's all because of one person: Zac Hansan. Zac is your typical high school heartthrob, who is always flashing his bad boy smile and stealing hearts. Zac loves his life, but not as much as he loves tormenting Katie. But much to Zac's dismay, his insanely good looks and bad boy attitude don't have the slightest effect on Katie. So what happens when these two are connected and dragged into the dark and messy past of their families? It is when this dark secret is revealed that both Katie and Zac are forced to put their differences aside and work together. Their actions will ultimately save their own lives, and they will be forced to make choices they never thought they would have to make. "Now you listen to me and you listen good! I don't give a shit in what you think about me because guess what? I could care less! You mean NOTHING to me! Never will! So let's just get this bullshit over with, pretend we love each other to put on a good show, get divorced when this is all over and never have to worry about seeing each other again!" He snaps at me. "That's fine by me because as far as I personally am concerned, I could never love you either! A monster such as yourself doesn't deserve love! Not when you treat people INCLUDING girls the way you do! So go ahead and act all high and above everybody, but let me remind you, you will never be anything more than a lowlife, egotistical, womanizing, selfish, dumb little boy trying to be a man who will die alone! I may not be a thin pornstar or barbie-model type of a girl but just remember, YOU pushed ME away!" I shouted back and stood there for a moment feeling a mix of emotions.
