In the continent of Ferma, there is harsh rule inflicted by The Union, a government system run by the "Noblemen". These are the people who will do anything to sustain their power, whether it be new laws, or a brutal death sentence on your behalf. Whatever you may be in the world of Ferma, if you are not a pawn in their game, you will be tortured, or Terminated. But, if you're Lumi, you won't let that happen. You'll stand by your few friends and fight for your lives, or die in a horrific bloodbath. Follow Lumi in a world of psychotic killers, brainwashed citizens, and the few people who have escaped the madness, only to be sucked right back in.

The government took over completely but was quickly overrun by robots that they had created to enforce the newly created laws. As the robots continued to make more of themselves and become powerful, kids were mainly targeted as they were seen as bad to the mechanical monstrosity that was ruining the city. A teenager tried to keep most of the kids safe and hid them well, making sure they were safe with mothers and fathers who had already suffered losses of their own children being taken and enslaved. At the start of the government taking over, a group of people was forced out of the city due to their ignorance, according to the government that is. It became a comforting story to the scared kids that they'll come back and save them, told by the teenager who risks his life to save them.
