Cherie was born on November 30th 1959. She is an American musician, singer, song writer, actress and artist. She was the lead singer of The very first all girl rock band in History. They were formed in 1975 and broke up in 1979. They were called The Runaways! Cherie was the lead singer from 1975-1977. From then, the lead singer was Joan Jett, until The Runaways broke up.
