New Character Design

I've seen people just upload pictures, so I'm trying this to show characters I'm designing for a fanfic/story sorta thing that I wanna make. Unfortunately I'm relatively new to this so I'm not sure how to display my picture better so......yeah. Either way though, this is a rough draft sort thing, then later on she'll change as well as other characters I'll design later. Out of the two characters I have thus far (a lot to choose from as you can tell), I'm gonna draw her character first.
Don't expect much from me though unless you plan to harass me about it every day. For some reason the moment someone is excited to see something from me, some part of me senses it and then this weird inner fight happens and she usually wins. Basically it's like this:
Brain: "Haha, naw. We gonna delay this."
Me: "But I wanna do it"
B: "No"
NM: "But what about the people who like me? I don't want to disappoint them!"
B: "Hey, hey....Go on an anime binge."
M: "No."
B: "Markiplier uploaded a new video, we should watch it."
M: "I've got to stay focused."
B:"Lets play minecraft."
M:"Why would I wanna play mi-"
B: "With Pokemon in it."
M:".......I'm listening."
And from there I'm dragged into the pits of Hell.

I should apologize, I did not expect to write so much for just posting a picture....
I hope you just looked at the picture and didn't bother reading this. This is kind of awkward now.....
