Super villains are often thought of as harsh, heartless and psychotic serial killers that cannot resist the temptation of robbing a bank or sneaking a quiet murder.  On many accounts that thought is very, very true, yet not all super villains are super bad... except for Catman.

Thomas Blake, 38, ten years ago was a the villainous and ruthless Catman.  Now, he is just another criminal considered to be clinically insane, but to Thomas, he is anything, but insane.  Three years ago, Thomas began to plan his escape.  He would escape and run away as far as he could from Gotham City.  He didn't know where he would go, as long as it is far away from his previous life.  A life of death, despair and an everlasting from the authorities.  A life he loved.

He would begin again.  A He would be bigger, better and most importantly, even more evil, for the Catman has been revived and he is here to stay...

Tommy's hopes are almost up, until a single decision causes him to find himself under the wing of his idol, Dreamwisher, and an easy spot among the greatest team of protectors that the Earth has ever seen. But, Tommy's world is quickly twisted upside down. Deaths and betrayals cross paths with Tommy and Dreamwisher at every corner's turn.
