The 20-year old bride-to-be Gracelynn Crocker finds her mother's diary from 20 years ago that the strangers Michael or Bill might be her father after having flings with them during 1984 The needy and spiritual Gracelynn dreams on having her father walking with her to the altar on her wedding with her fiancee Derek in Santorini, Greece and she invites the two men to her wedding as if she were her mother Christina. Gracelynn friend Sophie believes she will immediately recognize her father spiritually between the two of guests. Christina owns a simple flower shop in the isles of Hawaii and used to sing with her friends Rosie and Tanya, who also arrives in Santorini for the wedding. When Christina sees her former two lovers together in the cafe next door, she gets stressed and confused with the situation while Derek is upset with Gracelynn's detached attitude and finds out that she's been seeing someone else on Santorini.
