Hexis Reid is a kid who just doesn't try to fight life. He just rolls with it.
Being a teenager with a not-so-nice dad and a usually away mom, the mute black haired male has a hard time with school. Sure, his grades are near perfect, and he is good with the teachers and is never tardy, but it was the people there that bothered him. Hexis brushes everything off, just forgetting it happened and not letting it bother him. It was just...that way, he guessed.
After he has a particularly bad day and limps home, he opens the front door only to see his mom dead, and his father standing over the body...the gleam of a kitchen knife glowing from his bloody grasp.
Hexis Reid runs for his life, and gets caught by his father. He is thrown down a certain hole and forgotten...but not before stealing the sight in his right eye.
How will Hexis handle the Underground?
