Junior year of high school, quite possibly one of the most important, and crucial, time periods in someone's life, has just begun for students at Beacon Hills High School. For Stiles Stilinski, the thin, pale, nerdy lacrosse player, Junior year has been nothing but a pain since before it began. Not only is he packed with the stress from school that the year has forced onto him, but he also has to live through the torment of Derek Hale, the school's star basketball player and the classic hot jock - not to mention he was (or still is, depending on how you look at it) Stiles' long-time crush. The year is going to be a mountain that he has to climb alone, even though he would rather jump to the jagged rocks below.
