Victoria Miller was an outcast in her school. She avoided talking to as many people as she could. Music was her number one escape. She wore baggy clothes, very heavy makeup, and her hair was always put up into a messy bun. She wore mostly dark colors, and didn't seem to have an interest in anyone or anything. She had a group of friends that she loved talking to, though. They were always there for her when she needed them. Her friends were Marie, Lynna, and Megan. Lucas King is the new kid. He's extremely popular, yet very lonely. Indeed, he has all the attention a person could ever wish for, but that's not what he wanted. He loved being the center of attention but it could also be a little too much for him. He had long, dark brown hair, sparking brown eyes, and a devious, perfect, white smile. He could get whatever he wanted just by smiling at a girl, and adding a few sentences to it. He was currently dating one of the popular girls, Rose. Victoria was once good friends with Rose, but people change like the temperature of a room. No one ever expected Victoria and Lucas to even talk. But one day in Victoria's Spanish class, Lucas walks in. And that theory completely flips itself around.
