It's the year 2050, and animal hybrids roam the earth, contaminating the purity of the human race. Hybrids are raping and killing humans only to then repopulate causing the problem to grow. Recently, the president of Korea has passed a law that all stray Hybrids are to be killed on sight in order to try to control the Hybrid population. Those owned by humans were to wear their collars (and documents) at all times, and try not to leave home without their owners. In Seoul, Korea Jeonghan is the countries idol beauty. His bright smile, delicate features, and beautiful voice seemed to aways put a smile on the peoples faces even though their world is going to hell. When the idol comes across a stray in danger of being killed, he decides to take the beast in, in hopes to save the poor boys life, not realizing the mutt has baggage that may be too heavy for the human bear.
