A badass, Chloe Martinez, was accidentally sent to a city known to have to most disciplined citizens and the most cleaned city, the Arisen City. She thinks it's the worst punishment she ever had, but not until she started having nightmares., nightmares wherein people got killed. Little did she know that her nightmares of people getting killed is more of a prophecy. She dreamt death, death of .......... innocent people............ or are they really innocent? At first she thought it was just plain nightmares, but of course not until, serial killings occured. People died exactly how they are killed in her dreams. Same faces. Same voices asking for help.
What is it with their town that it gives her shivers?
Were the people in town really wearing mask to cover their gruesome secrets? Or are they just really plain nice people?
