Mikaela Iwana Anderson, a 17 year old ballet dancer with one dream; attending the Academy of Classical Ballet in California. Luckily the principal is impressed by her dance quality and technique and soon enough, Mikaeala can start her new school year at the academy. Everything seems to go right, but when she gets involved in a car accident, all her dreams fall down. Nobody seems to care about her anymore, her teacher already found another favorite pupil, the principal is pushing her to get as soon as possible back on her pointe shoes and everything changes. Suddenly she meet the most kindest person on the earth, a well known lead singer, guitarist and penguin. Will he help her to get back on her shoes? You'll read it in Break a leg, written by me.

But she quickly learns Cooper is a lot more than he appears on the outside. He is an aspiring singer-songwriter whose is struggling to break from his band and produce his own original music. Avery finds a way for them to work together in the upcoming fall showcase where she needs to stand out in her solo and he can break in to getting his songs out there for the world to hear. In Every Way is a story that dives deep into the dance industry and what it's really like to have the pressures of being a professional ballerina while intertwining original lyrics from a musician who is inspired by the girl in the pointe shoes.
