G.I. Joe: Uprising

President John F. Kennedy secretly attempts to disband the CIA and give all intelligence gathering and counter intelligence powers to a brand of new division of the Armed Forces called Project JOE a strategic defense force comprised of the top men and women in the armed forces. Only three men know of this project himself, his brother and Secretary of State Robert Kennedy and the projects leader and developer General Joseph Colton. The project was thought to be shelved when the president was killed however Robert Kennedy began a ghost program to fund the project. G.I. Joe was up and running.
