My feet were naked in my wellies and i could feel the dew droplets creeping into the sole of my left shoe. I was stepping on the sacred ground of plovenia, the earth version, i wasnt in the world of WestWood at the moment. Rosie was by my side, had broken the barrier and escaped to walk with me. She was from a world in the depths of the Imaginnary universe. WestWood. A world created in the mind of a human named Amber, risking her human life to become an Imaginnary girl, merely a girl in a three year old's dream, my dream. I am twelve now but am the Queen of WestWood, which is also named Skategirl-land. It was a place that even as a child i would run in my garden with sticks, well, thats what everyone else saw, but little did they know i was in the depths of another universe risking my life for creatures that only appear in dreams. Skaters. You know when there is someone in your dream you don't know? Thats them, the skaters. Mainly skategirls, that was all once upon a time, but then someone, to this day i still dont know who, flew through the secret tunnels into the heart of the Imaginnary kingdom and stole/rescued boys from the prisons and trained them into strong skaters like the rest of us. Every one of us has our own colour. We wear it on our tutus, our lockets, our skates and ribbons in our blond hair. But this isn't a trend, it's our armour, because we aren't just a world, we are an army.
