Stray Humans
It's been almost a hundred years since Earth's civilizations fell, leaving only ruins and memories. Long before the collapse, they began taking humans, but now, everyone knows who they are and they fear them. The few who manage to return from their captivity tell stories of how these creatures treat humans like animals or children, tending to them like pets or slaves. Most survivors live in hidden cities, avoiding the ancient ruined cities at all costs. But not Jace and his crew. As a group of Stray Humans, they've made the decaying cities their home, roaming the forgotten streets, never staying in one place for long, and bringing all their skills to the table. They are a family, working together to make sure those things, Aliens, never take another human as long as they are near. When the aliens of A.C.R. (Animal Care and Rescue) find a new group of humans wandering the ruins of a large city, they think it will be an easy capture. But they soon learn that these particular humans have more willpower than most. They dodge every trap, disappear around every bend, and even manage to take some of the already captured humans with them. The aliens pity these "little creatures"-they just don't want to leave their home, but Earth is falling apart at the seams, and they are determined to take the stubborn little humans to the safety of one of the mother planets. Y/n L/n was once a normal human living in the human world as his life was shitty since he's poor, living in a dump apartment, he was recently fired from his job, his friends abandon him and his parents were dead since he was young due to an accident. His life is hell to him and wishes to go somewhere that will make his life better but be careful what you wish for because one night, he was summoned by a Satan himself to be a new ruler of hell since he was killed billions of years ago and without him, Hell is out of control. Now being sent into literally Hell, Y/n will make his climb up to be the first ever human to be ruler of hell and shows his might to those who dares to stood in his way. He will make plenty of enemies but also allies as well which they will help him climb up to be the ruler of hell by any means necessary.
A Welcome into Darkness
A series of short stories that I began a couple years back that have turned into an arching dilemma. A young stubborn naive college student accidentally gets plunged into the world of the unknown. First encountering creatures of the night, he stumbles upon an ancient history of his family that links to a series of unfortunate events that open up an entirely darkened world of those that have remained hidden for centuries.
