Howl

The curse is Lycanthropy. It's already taken Kims parents and now she's orphaned an living with a pack of "moral " werewolves. It's like having two souls in one body, there will always be a power struggle, and if you don't let it out often enough the wolf will tear it's way out one a full moon and kill everything in it's path. Kim faces this for the rest of her life and is if it wasn't grim enough her pack is filled with baggage and the hunters are about to become the hunted....
