Gerard, a artsy plant enthusiast, lives in a first floor apartment that is filled with succulents and records and lies above a record store where a obnoxious punk by the name of Frank works. He spends his time blasting painfully loud punk music just to annoy the strange man that lives above. Little do they know that their little quarrels will turn into something much bigger.
