But just when everyone is finally recovering from the most traumatic experiences of their lives, a blue-eyed face reappears into their lives. The only thing is, even she doesn't recognize herself. 

The third and final book in the trilogy "The Sun, The tree and The Star." 

If you have not read the first two books I strongly suggest that you do because otherwise this book will be quite confusing.
