"The Lunar Catastrophe has happened."

During the ancient times, people were given the gift of seven moons. But several years have passed since the seventh moon started to dim from her rage. One after the other, an unfortunate prince from the Amiling kingdom was chosen to wield the lunar kampilan called Bulan to cleanse the Nokta, an unknown plague that spread like wild fire across the land. This plague kills mortals and turns them into walking corpses as part of the evil Bakunawa's army against the last moon goddess.

Having no more male descendants to wield the Bulan, a mourning wife of the last datu named Ibuna stood up and volunteered herself as the one who will fulfill the vow between her clan and the goddess Haliya despite the warnings by the council and the babaylans.

Will she be able to slay the Bakunawa and return the moons to the skies to bring peace to her land?

Her path leads her through lands filled with danger, where she is guided by an exiled warrior, a cursed seer, and a cunning thief. As she learns to wield her abilities, she uncovers the cruel forces manipulating both the mortal and celestial realms. But when she finally reaches the celestial world, she finds it already under her sister's rule, and the dark forces she once feared have only grown stronger. The final battle is not just against the darkness but against her own blood. Stripped of her mortal existence, she must embrace her destiny as a goddess, watching over the world she once called home alongside the sister she once fought. In the end, the moon will curse one and bless another. The twin moons will rise once more, and under their light, a new era will begin. 23 parts Complete

"A serpent exacts vengeance on those who harm them. And they give it back a thousand times over." Over the years, an academy was built as a safe haven for the children of gods and other legends. The academy is there to help them control their powers and learn how to live normally among regular humans. When Axel, the son of Apolaki, the sun god, gave the order to kill everyone in the Sawa dorm, one of the kids, Sigren, was able to escape. Years later, Sigren returns to the academy to take revenge on those who have killed his brethren. But his revenge does not stop there. He plans to steal the seventh and final moon in order to summon Bakuna, the serpent who ingested the previous six moons and ensured that night would never end. Maya, as the daughter of the moon goddess Mayari, seems to be the only one who has the capability to stop Sigren, as the serpents don't seem to have any intention of hurting her. But what can she do against a madman who sees nothing but red and black? Furthermore, what does Maya have that makes her special to the serpents?
