So, basically, this is my first fan-fic or whatever, so I hope this goes well. Featherkit, Joykit, Opalkit, and Lightkit are born to a beautiful MudClan she-cat by the name of Lintmeadow. In hopes of becoming a medicine cat apprentice, Lightkit often visits the medicine den to speak with the medicine cat, Silvertread. Lightkit and his sisters become apprentices, and all seems well, until StoneClan attacks, killing Opalpaw, Along with two other warriors by the names of Copperpool, and Flowerface. After the fight Lightpaw notices that Silvertread has gone missing, and asks Clawstar is he can search once he has healed the worst of the injured cats. Clawstar allows Lightpaw to search for his mentor, but Silvertread's body is never found. Is Silvertread dead, or is she alive? And how will Lightpaw finish his training if he no longer has a mentor?

As they get older, the time grows nearer for them to choose successors who will receive their immortality which has been passed on to them by their own mentors. But this group is hiding something, and it is only a matter of time before it is revealed to the chosen successors. Petalwish is unsure if she really should be loyal to CliffClan. She loves her clanmates dearly, but the clan deputy seems to watch their every move, just waiting for any cat to slip up. But it's the clan she was raised in. So, she should be loyal to them, right? Keenkit always figured he and his littermates were normal kits who would all become apprentices and be able to train together. But when a strange cat takes his sister out of StreamClan on the day of their apprentice ceremony, he quickly realizes such hope has become impossible. Sunpaw just wants to prove to his clan, BreezeClan that he can become a great warrior. But it isn't as easy as it sounds. Even though his rival apprentice Slowpaw is much younger than him, he is always beaten in battle training and he can never catch nearly as much prey. His mentor doesn't make it any better either. Pounceheart is always treating him like some helpless kit and he worries he'll never be able to complete his warrior assessment. Being a healer who suffers from severe anxiety isn't easy, but Twitchpaw knows as long as her mentor is there, she can get through it. But as tensions rise between FlameClan and CliffClan, she's worried about the future ahead of them.Complete

On top of that drama Leopardwillow still has to save her clan from whatever danger lies ahead-little does she know her stubborn apprentice might be the cause for all this chaos... Excerpt: Flamestar's one amber eye shone in the moonlight; the moon soon disappeared from within the clouds. "I did not fail Junipercloud." Leopardwillow spat, "you should know not to kill warriors during things so ridiculous as border skirmishes Starclan doesn't want us to kill each other." By now her fur stood on end but Flamestar looked terrifyingly calm. "I suppose, but the way I see it there should only be one clan not two. How ridiculous our ancestors decided it." Everyone swoons over her, sympathising with her, caring for her, when all she wants is for cats not to do that, to listen. However, when StarClan tell her of this evil, she may get the chance to prove herself to everyone. Rockpaw feels like an outcast, everyday being hated on by his Clanmates for seeing things differently. So when the chance to prove them wrong comes up, he doesn't give it a second thought. But the evil still resides, and Rockpaw might know more about it then he's letting on, even to himself. Greyshard, as a former kittypet, has always thought of life in the Clans as challenging. For her, everything seems to go wrong. Every plan, every schedule, every patrol - ends up in a disaster, and its always because of her.
