I was always told pirates were bad. Something not to get involved in, despite my fathers past with them. I laughed as I thought about this, because here I was. The daughter of an aristocrat, a girl who'd never had to work a day in her life, struggling to keep up with the ship work assigned to me. I was a pirate now. 
And I had never felt more free.
