This wasn't what the 18 year old had in mind for life after high school. Alfred F Jones had wished to pursue his passion for music and hopefully become a music producer. Maybe getting a job at his local radio station as an intern and slowly work his way up in the industry. But no, here was being forced to attend Barden University by his workaholic father, who just so happens to be a professor at the school. Just as he thought that life couldn't get any worse, he one day stumbles upon an all-male acapella group called the Treblemakers. Next thing he knew, his life was turned upside down.

Okay, this takes place at the begging of the school year after the Bella's win the ICCA's. New girl Alyssa Ryley is a freahman at Braden university. She wants to become a writer but her parents beg her to be a singer and she is forced to try out for the Bella's. Seeing the tall dark skinned boy with the cute glasses, she finds herself confused. Just to point this out Aubrey graduated the year they won the ICCA's.
