This story follows a fifteen year old Emo teenager by the name of Ava who's mother died three years before hand, that's now left with her father. her sixteen year old best friend/ boyfriend Carter , (who is also emo) has been there since the first day of middle school when they first met. Because of her mothers death, her small relationship with her father and being bullied, she has become shy and depressed. Andrew sees what effect her problems have caused her and tries to pull her out of it with as much, laughter, love and friendship as he can give her. Will he be able to help her? What will happen to Ava and Carter? You'll have to read to find out.
