Mascara is poetic.. Cassandra Smalls is a high school girl, living in a well, unusual world. In Cassandra's cosmos, people have all sorts of powers, whether it's breathing fire, or controlling water. Cassandra's powers haven't sparked yet and usually they spark in 8th grade. And with not having powers, means that your technically an "outcast" who have to live with a normal job (non-heroic), a normal life, and shame from the society. Since her powers haven't arrived yet, Cassandra gets picked on daily. Tired of getting picked on over and over again because of how she looks and also because her powers still haven't, Cassandra moves, with her family to a different town, with a new school. In her new school, Cassandra meets new friends, new adventures, and with that come new problems. *This is my first official story so bare with the horribleness please and thank you*All Rights Reserved
