Four friends with extraordinary powers are outed when one of them saves a fellow classmate from an armed gunman. Because of their power the government is pursuing them for their own personal gains, but more kinetics are coming forth in defense to their brethren. Where there are good kinetics however there are also the bad who would use their powers for evil. The only question is, who will win?
