As we all know, Philippines is a, err, poor country. Heavy in debt, it wasn't a surprise. Leaving Maria Clara Dela Cruz, Luzon and Visayas of the Philippines, or Luis and Juan Dela Cruz, Mindanao of the Philippines, worried and tired. 
    
    But, what if there's someone who can change all that? Along with their relationships  with other countries and their view on them?
