She's just an experiment. She's called experiment 19. She was sent away when she was young to Colonel William Stryker in hopes of curing her mutation. But then she was experimented on and injected with mutated cells. And her body didn't treat the cells as foreign. The cells adapted to her body. And now she has 8 key mutations. Telekinesis, Healing (+bone claws), Shapeshifting, Laser eyes, wings, diamond skin, sending illusions (and reading minds) and teleporting.
After saving Erik Lensherr in a motel, he seeks his help. He wants him to take her to Charles Xavier because she isn't sure of what she is. And she's afraid. She has never fully controlled her powers and she has more than once, accidentally killed because of her emotions. Now Charles trains her privately, everyday and they develop feelings between the two mutants. And Experiment 19 is afraid because she's only killed the people she loves the most.
And now she's been sent to be with Erik. To set free and bring refuge to the mutants in Stryker's experiment laboratory. It seems now that Erik has developed admiration to her skills and powers- to her.
Who is she going to choose? I mean, no one can choose between those two. They're one of the most powerful mutants on earth. She struggles between both as she tries to focus on saving the mutants she left behind.
(THIS IS AFTER X-MEN APOCALYPSE AND I SUGGEST YOU WATCH THE MOVIES FIRST BEFORE READING THIS BECAUSE THIS CONTAINS A LOT OF SPOILERS. AND SORRY I TOTALLY SUCK AT INTRODUCTIONS BUT I PROMISE YOU WILL LOVE THIS. ALSO BECAUSE ERIK DECIDES TO STAY IN THE XAVIER SCHOOL FOR GIFTED YOUNGSTERS AND HE'S GOING TO CONTINUE PROTECTING MUTANTS WITH THE OTHER X-MEN. FINALLY.
