In fact, only Grimm Reapers are allowed to do that and all of those beasts have been scared away from the empty planet. The tragedy in the world around them separates the group of humans into two different groups. The first group is filled with hope that everything will get better. The second group is filled with death and despair, wanting their bodies to rot away with all of the other bodies, if they don't kill each other first.
