This story about the blossoming and passionate love between two longtime friends. Poppy and Spencer are two high school seniors who have been inseparable since 5th grade. No one utters a comment about one of them without the other being involved somehow. They are extended members of each other's families. They are so close, it's scary. Not to them, but to the people they are romantically involved with. The friends repeatedly deny an attraction to each other, but what happens when they accidentally go too far? Will one of them admit that they enjoyed it? Their eight year long friendship hangs in the balance as they try to manage their awkward situation and move on from their fears of losing each other forever.
