Corruption

In Shaenyra, a magical world of dragons and Halolinks, a boy named Ivan becomes a Halolink much differently then his village normally does. A naturallink arises when a child finds his or her dragon soul mate. A light yellow halo appears outside of their chest, directly infront of the heart, when the mate is found. That is when the kid has become a Halolink. Halolinks join bodies and can from then on shift between human and dragon. Ivan didn't match with any of the the dragons. He matched with a cat, a brown tabby with blue eyes and a big secret. Also, he didn't join bodies. The town is confused, but the village elder declares Ivan's naturallink as an omen of hope. This confuses the village even more but the elder continues. She says that Ivan is the one to save the world from curruptionlinks. Oh, I forgot to tell you about those. Corruptionlinks are halolinks that have been consumed by the heart of the dragon's link. They become one giant dragon zombie that will kill any Halolink in sight. Ivan and the cat are sent to diferent towns to kill all the corruptionlinks. In a big city up north, Ivan comes in search of a devastating corruptionlink formally known as Striker. Ivan goes to find this corruptionlink and along the way joins up with a Halolink runaway from the city. She helps him along the way with his journey.
