Aurora can't seem to stay away from trouble no matter where she goes. It's not surprising, when Stick himself 'adopted' her when she was three. Her whole childhood, he forced her to fight, to fear others, and to trust no one. But when she turned fifteen, she realized her whole life just wasn't normal. She had grown to fear her adopted 'father' and was taken in by Matt Murdock out of pity to live with, and hide from Stick.

Now, she's nearly nineteen, and still can't seem to shake her father's survival tactics. "Never trust anyone with your own life." But how can she not, when she has blatantly fallen in love with the man who she is stuck living with?
