These two boys met as young children, freshly starting first grade. Neither of them knew about the risks of losing someone so quickly until Harry's father passed away from stomach cancer. Harry quickly dropped performance levels in school. He never had anyone to lean on his shoulder on besides his father, his only best friend. Louis also had many struggles in his life along with divorced parents and his mother almost resulting to suicide because of post-traumatic stress of Louis' younger sister. This is when Louis and Harry met, the beginning of first grade, completely broken with no one to go to.
