Meet 14 year old Bree Matthews. Eric Coulter. The guy who transferred to dauntless when he was 16. The guy who always had a soft spot for his childhood bestfriend. The guy who left the person who meant everything to him to become what he was meant to become. The guy who everyone thinks is heartless and cold. The guy almost everyone is scared of. 

So what happens when the two see each other when the dauntless initiates are standing on the roof top to enter the dauntless compound? What happens when Bree sees his arm around another girl? What will happen if Eric see the girl he left a year ago just to see her look at him with a broken distant look in her eyes? Will they find their way back to each other? Will Bree make it in dauntless? Will she prove everyone wrong?
