Some Rules Must Be Broken

Mitch Benja Hughes and Jerome Bacca Aceti, two best friends, are torn apart when Notch announces a new rule that could break their friendship.

Baccas and crafters are not allowed to converse, live in the same village, be near crafters in forests, or even make eye contact, let alone be friends.

Jerome is forced to move further into the woods, away from him, while Mitch is finally chosen to go into the Hunger Games, which is something they were supposed to do together. But in his sadness and rage, Mitch forgets about the Hunger Games and runs away.

On a mission to find Jerome, he finds, and befriends, a robot called Nooch and xRPMx13, who has been nicknamed Ryan. They're being chased by Notch, Herobrine, Mitch's own mother and many others who Mitch trusts, or used to trust.

Sick of being chased, he takes a rocket shipto the moon, being chased by a dragon. But that risk comes at a huge cost, one that will tear him apart more than the new law.
