Benjamin is given a list by James, a convicted mass murderer sentenced to death in one months time; he's innocent but nobody knows that. The list given to Benjamin ressembles a bucket list, things that James wants Benjamin to do. In James' eyes, if he can't do any of it, at least somebody he cares about should be able to do it. Benjamin has to complete the list for James or live with the guilt. But the last few on the list are harder: Find something or someone worth living for, don't do anything to stop death, get James' story out and find the man who did this and give him justice. The problem with the last one is that James specifically said that justice is not punishment but healing.
