Jay Gotra is the CEO and founder of the home-automation and security company, Alliance Security. Alliance Security is based in Warwick, Rhode Island and has been rapidly expanding since its inception in 2003. Prior to founding Alliance Security, Jay spent a few years working in sales and home security while he was still in college. Although this brief experience ignited a passion in Jay for home security solutions, by 2003, he knew it was time to work for himself. Creating a company culture where employees wanted to work was a must for Jay. He allocated a lot of time and energy to building up a business that invests in the continued health and growth of the people who work there. Additionally, creating the best possible home security solutions for Alliance's ever-growing client base was of the utmost importance to Jay. Over the past 11 years, Jay has worked tirelessly to see his company grow from 1 employee working out of an extra room in his apartment, to a projected 700 by year's end and approximately 115 million in sales. Jay couldn't be happier that his vision for an employee-centered workplace coupled with premiere offerings in home security solutions for clients has become a reality.
