The Soldier (a Liam Payne fanfiction)

Alison Burns was 8 years old when her father, a second generation war veteran and Army Sergeant Major (SGM), was killed in Iraq. It's now 10 years later, Ally is 18 and is eligible for her own service tour enlistment. Desperately following in her father's footsteps, she an obsessively hardworking soldier, this gains her an accelerated promoted rate. Eventually, gaining the rank of Corporal in her 4th year of service. She soon receives her deployment orders after her reenlistment is processed. She serves 2 tours in Afghanistan and then continues on to Fairford Airforce base in England. But she hasn't exactly stayed in one piece though combat.
