Sammy Reed is a new patient in Briarcliff. Sammy is accused of murdering her husband even though she knows she didn't do it. Kit Walker is accused of murdering several women including his wife Alma. People call Kit the nitorious killer Bloody Face. Truth is Kit and Sammy are both innocent. Once Kit and Sammy meet they realize they are a lot more alike than they seem to be both innocent victims, they aren't murders, but no one believes them. So join them on their journey to proving their innocence. This is story of love, murder, hate, and victory.
