Phil has been bullied his entire high school life. It got even worse after he came out as gay. After his mom finds him covering bruises with her makeup, she decides enough is enough. She completely picks up the family and moves to a new neighborhood. New school. New teachers.... New bullies. But there's also Dan. Dan immediately took an interest in Phil. And after rumors get out of Phil's sexuality, Dan decides to help him get a girlfriend. But as they get closer they realize that maybe she isn't what either of them need in their lives.
