Ophelia and Bucky had left the United States, fleeing across the Atlantic Ocean to Europe. Settling in Romania, the duo remain under the radar, trying to lead normal lives. Even with eyes looking for them around all corners of the Earth, and very few of them friendly, they make it without incident until someone frames Bucky for the UN bombing. Reunited with Steve Rogers, Bucky and Ophelia find themselves thrown back into chaos once again.
